Sweet Taste in Mouth

Does anybody get a sweet taste in their mouth? Sometimes I have tingling on my tongue, sometimes a metallic taste, but at the moment there is a sweet sort of taste? I am not Diabetic, was tested for that in April. It's probably just another anxiety symptom!!
