Hi everyone,
It has been a while since I have posted on the Forum. Has anyone heard of Shamanic Reiki ? I have had three sessions of this and I am unsure how I feel about it. I have found it very calming, and I must admit when the session is over I do feel calm and quite 'lifted'. It is healing for the emotional and spiritual body and learning to silence the mind. He also gives you tips when meditiating to help stop your mind from wondering. There is a 7 week course that I can take, and the first week is about how to connect with your own soul, which he says is important to do.
After being brought up as a Christian in my childhood this is very different.
I have ha Reiki before, but this is more intense.
If anyone has had this form of Shamanic Reiki, or has an opinion about it I would love to hear from you.xx
On a lighter note My daughter got married Sunday 26th August. It was a beautiful day. The sun shone, and I enjoyed every minute.
I will endevour to try and put them on the Forum, (but no promises)
