What does normal feel like?!

Does anyone feel ill every day? I would love to feel well again it feels like it’s never going to happen. I’m jumping from illness to illness, every day I’ve got a new symptom- headache, stomach pains tiredness always looking for lumps and keep thinking I’m seriously ill. I’m so drained and fed up trying to be the best mum that I can to my boys at the same time as constantly worrying and feeling so unwell. I wish I could find a way to ignore feeling like crap it’s so hard.

Yes I’ve been so many times and had loads of tests done. I was anaemic but sorted that with iron tablets and they found a hiatus hernia which would explain the burning pains in stomach. I started taking omeprazole which worked at first but not now. I’m on the waiting list for CBT for my anxiety but will be a long wait.

I know how you feel. It’s exhausting to be constantly scanning and worried about your symptoms. I hope the CBT works.
