What is Spasticity in legs

Does anyone know what spasticity actually is. My hamstrings and thighs feel tight and sore on both legs and I’m worried this is spasticity and ALS/MND. I can walk and run but they feel so tight and sore

It's quite a leap from tight/sore muscles to your 'worst case' diagnosis.
