Hello , every night since a month ago, I get this internal vibration/tremor feeling ( especially in legs) when I'm about to fall asleep. I also hear this weird buzzing sound. The feeling stays for about 5 seconds, then leave for a sec, then starts again for 5 , ect... A few times, it even happened as I woke up. I'm having huge MS fears. Is this internal vibration/buzzing sound at night something that happens in anxiety? Any experiences?

Could be anxiety, or tiredness if you've not been sleeping well. It could be something like Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue syndrome. I get this from time to time and I have CFS.

Sounds like a "parasomnia". Nothing to worry about; feel free to Google the condition as it is not linked to anything serious
