Worried I have sudden adult death syndrome

I accidentally read something about it (thought it wasn't even about this)
And I read how people wirb this condition can just die suddenly and more prominent in sleeping
And now I'm worried I have it

Nobody in my family has had it I'm just scared i have it now

And what could happen when I go yo sleep will I die? Or stuff like that is on my mind

Any help?.

You read something, you got scared of it and it is never going to happen to you so move on and ignore what you read.
