Constipation causing back pain?

I have been having bowel movements but they feel like incomplete, I know I'm not pooping as much as I use to/what I'm eating. I've been having pelvic and back pain. Can constipation cause this?

Constipation can be very uncomfortable, but you can also get pain like that from trying too hard to go.

Anxiety caused this with me, and constipation can too. Sometimes it can be a mix of both
