I've been feeling dizzy and and short of breath for a while now...is it possible that anxiety can be causing this? I am dealing with a medical thing currently, but it should be okay by now. I will go back to the doctor this Saturday, but I'm still worried as to what is causing this constant dizziness and the feeling I can't catch a good breath. Andy help would be great.

I have read it, but it doesn't really help. I want to talk to actual people and maybe find some comfort knowing I'm not alone. Or if this has happened to others.

Does it cause dizziness?!?!?! It's my first and most debilitating symptom of anxiety! So yes, definitely.

You're definitely not alone but it sounds like you're looking for instant reassurance gratification. I get it but not from anxiety as I have heart disease and the meds sometimes make me a bit woozy. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page there are some similar threads and if you do an advanced search on dizziness, there are pages of threads on the subject. There have been literally hundreds if not thousands of similar threads ;)

Hi Tosh, just to let you know you're not alone. I am also experiencing dizziness and lightheadedness at the moment, and have done so for 3-4 days now. I've been very, very anxious recently about heart stuff, and thinking this is related, so I'm in a vicious cycle.
