Ive lost quite alot of weight in the last six months. I know its due to anxiety and IBS and being too scared to eat plus no appetite. People remark on it, but I think they're meaning it as a compliment. But it just triggers more anxiety. Ive reached the stage that I won't weigh myself and hate looking in the mirror.
