Hi Guys,

Just wanted to post this.

I have a job interview tomorrow for a job I really want, I haven't had an interview since I have had Anxiety and am now really worried because I don't want to let it get in the way.

I never used to be this nervous about going for job interviews but just worried they will pick up on me being nervous and anx :shrug:

Wish me luck for tomoro and will let u know how it goes

Hi Claire,

Whoever conducts your interview will almost certainly be expecting you to be a little nervous (as you probably were in your pre-anx days!) - this is only natural even amongst non-sufferers of anxiety.

Please don't set the expecatations of yourself so high that they are unattainable.

Just go and be yourself and remember you have as good a chance at this as the next person.

At the moment it's just you picking up on your anxiety - don't give your anxious thoughts too strong a foothold in your mind. You'll be fine and we're all behind you!

Well I went

I didn't panic but not very confident

I have to wait for 2 weeks to find out :( (patience has never been my strong point)

I want it sooo much but have to wait now
