Ensure Liquid/Drink [Archive]

I have been prescribed Ensure because of my inability to eat properly/weight loss due to OCD. I'm quite nervous about trying it and have no idea what to expect taste wise, or if it will even fill me up at all.

Has anyone else taken this?

I practically lived off of it during my cancer treatment. Its Ok for what it is. I switched to a high quality protein meal replacement powder after treatment which I could make smoothies with, adding fruit and such.
