White spot on tongue

Hi there. For a few days I have had a white spot/bump under my tongue. It feels uncomfortable. Ive had these before but normally clear up quite quickly. I'm really starting to freak out this could be tongue cancer. Can anyone offer some reassurance on what this could be?

Probably canker sore. Rinse with mouth wash or salt water and it will clear up faster.

Hi i chipped my wisdom tooth and got a sore tongue which then turned to thrush then a few days i noticed a white spot on near the tip of my tongue it is very small but i have had it 2 weeks now and still have thrush
can not see the doctor or dentist, not sure what to do as i am very worried
