Going on holiday soon.

Hi Everyone

At the end of the month I am going on holiday abroad(partners brother has paid for us to go on family holiday). I should be feeling very excited and everything, but at the moment I am not.

I am dreading it for some reason, ok not sure on the flying, turbulance(sorry can't spell), I just feel so sick, I can feel blood rush to my head, feel really hot, feel lightheaded and dizzy. I am sure I will be ok when I get there. I am just not really looking forward to it, if you see what I mean.

I think the first thing is flying is very safe and for the most part you wont really feel any turbulance and even if you did, the modern place can cope with a few air bumps. I am sure those that are going with you will understand your anxiety and be of great support and the cabin crew are great and calming passengers.

I am sure when you come back we will be looking forward to reading your post about how well you done.
