Hairs on body feel electric

So this is new, and weird. It feels like my hairs on my body, especially arms and legs, jump up, like the feeling that someone is brushing them. I even saw a few strands of hair on my arm go up by themselves, its like the hairs are electric. Anyone ever had the same?
