Today i woke up fine, went off to work as usual but since i've been here

i've just been feeling weird, like the things i am doing, why am i doing them, why am i here, its quite scary but at least i know its only anxiety and it will pass but has anyone else had any experience, its like i'm just playing a part and my mind is trying to escape aghrrr

I get this alot too at work, when i feel it coming on i stop what i am doing and have a walk around, distracting myself usually does the trick.:)

I had this the day i had 30 panic attacks, one after the other, i couldnt figure out what i was doing (walking down the street) but in a sense i knew i was walking.

I was so scared.

My advice is to sit down and stare at one spot for two minutes, breathing deeply and slowly. It normally clears your mind a little.
