Heart skipping beats

Hi all so over a week I have been getting heart palpitations been to the A&E numours times they said it’s nothing to worry about done ecg said it’s fine did show up some extra beats, was at doctor on Monday as still have it he said it’s ok it will not kill me. I don’t feel anxious when it’s happening but it’s making me anxious it’s not as if it’s 7 skip beats a day more like hundreds it’s really making me anxious 😐

There are several people on here who get 10,000 per day. If your doctors say you are fine, you are. Sometimes they just happen, then you notice them, then you panic, then they happen a lot. Try to stop waiting for them to occur. Instead do something else that takes your mind off them, and when you feel them come (which they always will, they are normal and benign), just reassure yourself it is nothing and think about something else.
