I’ve suffered from health anxiety since I was a teenager and I had therapy for it. It helped me massively and I’ve never had panic attacks only until the last few years once in a blue moon. At the weekend I went out and had a few drinks with family. My hangover the next day contributed to having sever anxiety and having a panic attack so bad I had numb hands and lips. I know alcohol is a huge contributor to anxiety the next day but I’ve had hangovers before and never really had it as bad as this. Since then my anxiety hasn’t gone. I’ve felt so weird and as if I’m in a dream state and not in the real world. I’m worried I’m losing my mind. Has anyone any tips for this? I’ve tried working out and listening to podcasts, walking etc and nothing. I feel so deflated with it and constantly drained and I’m worrying if I am genuinely losing the plot. I’m sorry if that sounds crazy. But any help but be greatly appreciated.

You're not going nuts, I promise, you just have to wait this one out.
