Why can’t I believe my doctor?!

I’ve been struggling with vision issues and dizziness for weeks. Every doctor (including an ophthalmologist and optometrist) have said I’m going to be “just fine” and “back to normal” with time. I know I should believe them, but I can’t! I can’t make my mind believe I’m going to be fine. Anyone have suggestions/helpful advice?

Is it anxiety that is causing your issues? Maybe get some help for that and you will be fine.

I do have anxiety. I’m on medication and working with therapy to assist
