Hi everyone, my name's Lucas. Have been looking through the website and forums, and have been very impressed with what I've seen. I'm eighteen years old and have been suffering with anxiety for a while now, so I thought it was probably time to find some support and talk with other people in the same situation.

my names amy and im new to this site as well, ive suffered from panic attacks and depression from the age of 15 and i am now 21, i also thought maybe its time i looked to see what support there may be online and ive been plesentley surprised. The best feeling about coming to this site is knowing that everyone has or is going through wat you do everyday so it makes it easier to talk to them. im here if u want to chat im more than willing to listen.

Hiya! this post is 3 years old now so i don't actually know if you'll reply (:
Just wanted to see how you are now? I'm 18 and agrophobic, anxiety etc. for a year now, wanted to find out how you got through it at that age and stuff because this is when i should be out every night not sitting in aha. The only thing that helps me get out atm is alcohol, and that just makes me worse the next day. And let me know what helped you cope, get better etc. ?
