Sticking out tongue...

Im such a hypochondriac. Lately i keep sticking out my tongue or shining a light on it while at rest. If i stick it out, it shakes a bit. If i look at it at rest with a light, i might see some small twitching off and on. Its a hard part to keep still i noticed.

Does anyone else get this

it sounds normal to me, like fingers would twitch, the tongue rarely stays still too :)
