Twitch in calf for days

This is getting damn annoying. For a few days now my left calf has been twitching on and off. It seems to be worse at rest when I can actually feel it twitching so slightly, and I can see the muscle pulse when I look. There's no weakness, atrophy or anything like that so it's not ALS, but it's extremely annoying and my brain tries to jump to ALS, MS and other such nicities. Just wanted to vent it out here.

Been twitching on and off for 2 years now. Had a eye twitch last 3 months...chest twitch last a while...forearm twitch last a while. Now have a finger twitch last a while.

Think it's due to the training program I have at the gym tbh. Either way....not fussed but can be annoying if you're a hypochondriac
