Switching over

I am switching over from Lexapro to venlafaxine. I’m a little nervous about making the switch. Has anyone else been through this?

I haven't, but most have relatively few issues cross tapering from escitalopram (Lexapro) to venlafaxine. Escitalopram has a longish half-life which tends to smooth out any issues arising from dose equivalence differences. The reverse switch can be more difficult.
