Hey its me (again)

Last night i was on my laptop, with the tv in the background, i was happily listening to music in my earphones when the tv starts having black and white flashes, it only lasted a second and i looked away but i got a really scared feeling and went to bed, there i felt a headache coming on and felt a bit sick, could this have been a small fit of some kind??

tried to tell my mum but she just said i was annoying her

Doesn't sound like either to me.

Could be a small migraine coming on.

Have you had your eyes tested recently. Also were you tired or hadn't eaten recently or drunk much water?

Doesn't sound like a fit, just a bit of a headache, they do make you feel sick sometimes.
