For many, many years - I have been on a prescription of anti-anxiety medications (Klonopin) - .5mg 3 x day as needed and also more recently on a beta blocker (propranolol) 20 mg 2 x day.

Over the past year or so, I feel like I am continuously fatigued and require more daily "naps".

Would these medications be the cause of such fatigue ?

I know that drowsiness can be side effect.

I have had recent blood work and all of my labs with respect to iron, etc. have been normal.

My Vitamin D was on low end of normal, so I am taking a small supplement for that for a brief period.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hope everyone is enjoying a stress free day as much as possible.

If your fatigue has been for a year and all of your bloodwork came back normal I wouldn't be too worried. Maybe your not getting quality sleep as you once were, or maybe you're busier than before and you're feeling it. Meds can cause it, but if you've been on them a while I'd think your body would have adjusted. Hopefully your anxiety and stress levels are staying down, because as I'm sure you know, that alone can cause fatigue.
