I’ve been suffering a lot with panic attacks lately and a range of different symptoms. However one of the most prevalent and constant symptom I have i/ a strange feeling in my arms, hands, legs, and feet. It’s almost as if they’re a bouy at sea? They just feel totally weird the feeling is so hard to describe. They aren’t numb, or tingling, but almost as if they’re moving inside? This is constant throughout the day. Obviously had the typical fear we all know here of MS/MND but doctor really doesn’t believe that to be so as he’s got over 20 MS patients none showing the signs I have. All blood tests, ECG, chest X-ray fine. I also feel offbalance when walking which worsens when I begin to panic. I never trip or fall due to this off balance so it makes me wonder is it just my own twisted perception due to my anxiety? Has anyone had these sort of symptoms please let me know!

Hey Luke - I have had these same symptoms as you. You aren't alone in this sense.
Whenever I experienced a panic attack, I got an adrenaline rush during that panic attack and then once I calmed down from that panic attack, overall, my body just felt like I ran a mile and I have no energy left in me. Sounds like that is exactly what is happening to you. You are just experiencing a heightened adrenaline crash after a panic attack. Overall, nothing to worry about.
Just have to address your panic attacks first to get rid of that feeling.

I've had this before in connection with anxiety or a panic attack.

I have this feeling following panic attacks as well. As for feeling off-balance, that happens to me during and after panic attacks, and sometimes I get dizzy just from crying a lot while panicking too.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Reassuring to know that others have had the same experience. I think mine has been so bad lately however that it is constantly there. I wake up in the morning with the strange feelings and it only subsides if I’m totally distracted which isn’t often and I’m stuck in my thoughts. Going to head to the Gp as I think it’s time I addressed this with medication which I’ve never been on before because it’s severely affecting my quality of life atm.

im also having a similar problem in relation to feeling offbalance mainly on my right side when walking , nausea and just weird senations etc in the head which makes me feel like each side of my body is different which is hard to describe. probably the overflow of anxiety from my A-level exams.
