Bowel Cancer fears

Hi
For the past two days I have had diarrhoea about two times a day and I am worried about bowel cancer fears. I am only 20 and male.
I am only recently back from Hungary and it only started in the last day of the trip. While there I wasn't eating that great and drank a lot of orange juice, water and alcohol (the latter of which I don't drink a lot)
I am beginning to panic and hoping it will go away.

You have a reason for it so how can it be cancer after just 2 days?
