Hello all,

I have been suffering with a health anxiety for 7 years now. It used to be a lot worse, but slowly I have more better days than bad ones. Recently been relapsing due to a lot of stressors in my life such as selling a house, renovating the new one, and massive work projects so I decided to be more proactive in managing my stress this time. Currently I am starting a work out regime, meditation, and joining this site to talk through my issues and hear how other people are managing their issues as well. Hopefully I can help some on the way.
