I've been taking Lexapro 20mg for 6 months now. Today my son had a terrible headache the said he needed to v* so, I helped him out of the car and was able to stand behind him, rubbing his back. Even after my husband said he could do it.

It was only after everything settled down, did I start to stress about it.
I'm still worried about us all getting it, especially my little girl.
I have zofran in the cupboard and I'm praying we'll be okay but, I'm also accepting there's nothing I can do.

This is leaps ahead from when I took the kids and fleed for 48 hours when my husband was ill.

Thank you.
I just wanted to share that it IS possible.

I did the THRIVE programme and although, at the time, it didn't help my emeto, it definitely helped my brain to start thinking in helpful ways.

I was able to stop myself from catastrophic thoughts and overthinking.
The omg what if, what if, what if is so hard..
