Hi guys
Yesterday I noticed that when I went to move my hair from my face the area above my temple was painful to touch.i felt it more and felt an artery or vein.just a small straight line.
I am in a panic.i googled.right away in bold letters it said temporal arteritis .I know I have been really stressed lately, also have been clenching my teeth and that spot kind of flexes when i clench my teeth also I am 37 not over 50.....but I can't help freaking out that I am on the verge of blindness or a stroke
I am talking myself out of running to the hospital. Has anyone experienced this? Please any ideas would help.

It's almost certainly just from your jaw muscle tension, I wouldn't worry about it.

In temporal arteritis the pulse is usually absent. So if you can feel your pulse at your temple you can rule this out...

But no it doesn't sound like it. (I'm rapidly becoming a self declared expert on vascular disorders like I am on brain tumours)!!
