Pulsing vision with heartbeat on bright backgrounds

Hi I’ve joined here hoping to find anyone with health anxiety regarding vision.
I’m super anxious and now have tinnitus and pulsing vision to heartbeat when looking up at a bright sky along with other things
I can’t seem to relax and not worry it’s horrid
I’ve had my eyes screened everything fine although I have severely myopic.

Anyone experience the same ?
