Help scared of spewing/pooing from anxiety

Well I have had a real bad few weeks with bad anxiety. Now I have settled down a little I feel tho I'm going to spew belly is really sore and upset. The biggest worry is spewing sets my anxiety threw the roof. I'm not going to the loo as I'm to scared to... anyone else have this how did you get past it.

I used to have this fear when I was younger. It’s no way to live really, and the only way it will get better is if you start to deal with your anxiety- then it’ll be gone and you’ll be able to go to the bathroom again! How are you dealing with anxiety?
