Hello,
Last night I thought I leaned my pelvic bone on something sharp as the right side began to hurt when I leant on it. Checked and nothing was there for it to get hurt. I have woken up and the right side of my pelvis is slightly swollen and pink (although I think the skin colour is due to my eczema).
It is hurting slightly when I am moving and if I were to bend my leg closely to my hips it hurts too.
Can exercise do this?
Yesterday I went for a long walk and I have a pain in the leg on the same side. I reached my leg up onto steps that were a little too high for me so it may have stretched something. Although I have never heard of exercise affecting the pelvis.
Anyone had this?
