New with HA

Hello! I have been a long time reader of this forum but I finally decided to start sharing. I am 22 years old and I have been struggling with health anxiety for roughly 7 years. My HA gets worse depending on the circumstances of my life. Recently it has been better but I am traveling next week for the first time in a very long time and I always deal with fear of becoming ill or having something happen while I am away from home. Anyone who has felt similar, I would love to hear your advice on how to cope in this situation
