Dizziness/ feeling faint

Hi all,

I’ve been struggling a lot these past few weeks with waves of dizziness that feel like I might faint suddenly or lose balance ( even when I’m sitting down )

I have had those in the past , but it was slightly different and this time it seems more intense

I have been diagnosed with GAD years ago but things were stable for a few years . I stopped the antidepressants I was in and even started exercising . Right now it is absolutely horrible , I feel like I have skipped heart beats and I get very strong waves of dizziness like my head even feels heavy .

Does anyone have similar symptoms?

Dizziness is almost never anything to be worried about unless there are associated symptoms (e.g. new onset headache, vomiting etc)
