Last night, I remember having a dream and then when I started to wake up from it, I noticed a shudder was running through my body and that the part of me not under the covers was feeling very cold. I pulled the covers on more fully and the shudder passed, but then suddenly I had this really strong feeling of dread/anxiety/panic, and it kept coming over and over again for several minutes. Eventually it calmed down because I did my best not to let panic take over, but it was still scary. This isn’t the first time I’ve had the same feeling upon waking up in the middle of the night, but the shuddering was new.
I’m very stressed out at the moment because my child is starting daycare and I can’t stop myself from worrying, but is it all this is? My HA’s telling me that it’s got to be epilepsy caused by a brain tumor.
