So for the past year I’ve suffered pretty horrendously with panic & anxiety. I’ve had numerous tests such as bloods, scans, heart monitors, urine tests etc and everything is normal. I really thought I’d managed to turn a corner within the last month and actually felt semi normal. I’ve managed to go out shopping, coffee shops, socialise, basically feeling kinda like the old me. Then a couple nights ago I was watching the T.V when bam....my head went dizzy, massive adrenaline rush and panic! I thought to myself I’ve been here before and I’ll get over it, but I haven’t. I’m now stuck in that vicious cycle again! I feel constantly woozy/dizzy, adrenaline rushes, panic, agoraphobia and I just can’t seem to shake it!!

I just feel so down now and really can’t see myself getting out of this.

It's a blip - I know it feels huge, but we all have setbacks on our anxiety journeys. It's hard to see clearly when the anxiety's acting up, but if you wait it out you'll be okay again in time.

Might be worth paying a visit to your doctor if you feel as though you need extra support, though.
