I'm going on holiday in an hour and i feel rotten. I'm in a constant sweat for a month, diarrhoea and just dont feel well.

If you are sick from illness then you have to seriously consider it.

If you are sick from anxiety that is something totally different.

The expectations are always worse than the actual event.
