Vertigo? Scared

A few days ago I felt like my head was spinning for a few seconds and I looked up what it was and it said vertigo. I’m really scared because vertigo can be from very serious things like brain tumors. I was thinking it might be from my tight neck muscles because I’ve been having neck pain and a tension headache but idk

I think I have the same thing, and I’m very young. Doubt it’s anything serious, probably just anxiety.

I’ve read many other posts by people in these forums, and most say that it can. If you’re really worried about it, get it checked with your doctor. I don’t really care about it because it doesn’t bother me as much, but that’s just me. I highly doubt you got something sinister going on though.
