Reflux. It happens when your stomach has excess acid and/or reacts to a certain foods. Stress can aggravate it. Mylanta/Gaviscon can relieve it.

Agree. Acid Reflux.
As well as stress, foods such as fried, fatty, processed meats and alcohol. Sometimes dairy and chocolate.
