About once a day at any random time the back of my front tooth randomly bleeds and see blood tinged spit. It also bleeds when brushing my teeth and I have no idea why.
I'm scared it could be gum disease or something more serious such as oral cancer.
Im quite worried and dont know what to do.
Don't sweat it, just start using mouthwash and brushing more thoroughly.

When did you last see a dentist?
Was only a couple weeks ago
Tbh the bleeding only seems to occur when I poke around that one area of my tooth

Bless you!! The dentist wouldn't have missed oral cancer.
Make sure you floss and brush your gums, just incase they're a little inflamed. Stop poking and you will be fine.
Sending love xx
