ears and sinus stuff

last month i had a sinus infection or so i thought
i was on pills for one i had severe pain in my eyes and such
they didnt actually do a scan but i'm fairly sure it was a sinus infection

anyways, it passed but now i am feeling sick again
there is fullness in my ears, it switches between the two
sometimes i get a crunchy noise when i move my jaw
there is a little bit of ringing at nighttime
and my ears kind of feel cold like one at a time when it isnt cold?
its hard to explain
when i blow my nose my ears pop a lot!
& ive gotten that thing where your ear pops but like..doesnt unpop
like you can hear yourself breathing really loud?
anyone ever experience that?
anyways my glands in my neck feel a bit swollen
how much of this is related to anxiety
and should i be as worried about this as i am

I am having the exact same symptoms... I was diagnosed with an ear infection, and treated. And now my ears are totally clogged, and they keep popping weird... like they are stuck in a pressure chamber. Its really uncomfortable. I am not sure if it is a symptom of anxiety, but I think the anxiety makes us worry too much!

I had this too and went to docs.

He told me to get one of those inhaler things and fill it with olbas oil or the like.

It does help.

I still pop my ears all the time now but got used to it I guess.
