Hi, I've been suffering from really bad breathing issues for a long time, a deep feeling of breathlessness/shallow breathing, along with really bad chestpain/pain down arm. I have a feeling of low breathe/tightness 24/7, but no feeling of anxiety at all. It's been diagnosed as anxiety and I've had tests and they said my lungs etc seem to be okay, which is great, but knowing that doesn't make my issues any better. I've never had any issue of mental health etc. I never even really get anxious so I don't really understand it, I'm never stressed about anything sooo...it's all pretty confusing and awful. I have been given different kinds of anti-anxiety medication for years but it has no effect whatsoever on my breathing issues, well sometimes they make it a little worse, and give me stabbing pain in my heart/down my arm. so yea. Also I did write a much better thing about this but my internet momentarily died as I clicked post so it all got erased...thus this is a much worse worded version of what I wrote...anyway thanks for reading. peace.
