Blood tests - so scared

I haven’t been feeling well of late and I have thyroid disease. I’ve had bowel issues for the last month mainly cramps and the runs so my dr took a blood sample today. It takes 2 days to come back all being well. He’s tested thyroid, liver, kidneys, full blood count and inflammation. I’m so scared I have bowel cancer or stomach cancer and these results will come back saying so. So until I get to back whatever the say I’m terrified :-(

I am pretty sure you will be ok but there is no point worrying as what will be will and you will deal with it. Don't make youself over something that is probably nothing.
