Everyone is telling me this is anxiety,

I have this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach like a nervous tummy ache it comes and goes, also the feeling of needing to go to the toilet (number 2) but I don’t need too, parents/ girlfriend / doctors / people on here all contribute it towards anxiety,

I’ve had bloods done and stool sample all normal. But it comes on when I don’t feel particularly anxious which makes me doubt it’s anxiety
