Hi everyone. My name is Ren. I am a mother of two, a 4 year old and a 1 year old. I've dealt with anxiety most of my life, had a severe episode in my teens, and am now 28 and going through a pretty extreme bout of anxiety again. This all came on after a move. Anyway, I found myself here because I know that I am not alone in this and that helps some. I currently have trouble leaving the house, I can barely eat because eating causes me anxiety, and every other symptom there is. I'm determined to beat it, though, and in doing so look forward to posting here and getting to know others in the same boat.
