Lymph node or pimple on collarbone?

I know this sounds weird but I sometimes get pimples near collarbone. This tkme I have a pretty big bump, it seems on top of the skin, but I’m worried it’s a collarbone lymph node and could be lymphoma? There was some pus in it, but it’s like a cystic pimple so there’s a bump. How to tell?

Lymph nodes are under the skin, not on top of it. Moreover, they never ever ooze through the skin.

I mean it’s under the skin but seems raised like a cystic pimple, but I don’t feel it further under if that makes sense? Could it have popped out? And maybe it just oozed because I prodded it?
