Weird vomit? Throat c fears.

I had a good amount to drink last night and forced myself to throw up to feel better. What came out is what looked like bright red blood, and I've already been worried about having esophagus or throat cancer. Im only 24, but have smoked (and just quit a year ago). Nothing I drank was red tinted so im kind of freaking out.

It's almost certainly not cancer, but it's not healthy. Best get yourself checked out to be on the safe side.
