need reassurance

Hi just looking for a bit of reassurance really. Suffer with anxiety which is really bad of late. Just dreading waking up tomorrow. Want to get out but this anxiety is crippling me. Think I'm losing friends and family because of it..just feel so alone lately..wha
t are tha chat rooms all about? Do they help. Doe one find support on them.?
