Is there any tips or suggestions for relaxing? I want to relax but I can’t.

You really need to try and distract yourself first, but it's not going to be like an off switch.

I would also recommend meditation, which also isn't necessarily about switching it off. Meditation is the practice of steering your attention towards one thing when your mind wanders.

Are you also eating properly, exercising etc?

'Coming down' is almost always a holistic series of practices.
