For a couple of weeks, whenever i strain (unhealthy to do I know!! but sometimes is just happens.) I hear a clicking sound. I didn’t know if that was a mental thing, or physical so one day i recorded it. Doing it with my mouth open, and closed, both videos picked up on this clicking noise - more audibly with my mouth open. Likely, it is my throat.
I do not have any problems swallowing/breathing/etc. I do have tonsil stones, I do have acid reflux, and i do have TMD. However, I don’t know if any of those have any correlation.
While my health anxiety hasn’t been as bad lately, this deeply worries me that it’s a brain thing (tumor/aneurysm) or something bad with my spine. what? i don’t know.
